Voluntary Gift Exchange is where your team will put together gift bags representing your home area to exchange with another team.
If your team participates you will need approximately 16 gift bags. They consist of items like cups, pens, candy, sunflower seeds, hair bows, sunscreen, and something representing your home area…be creative!!
On Wednesday we will text your sister team contact information. You can then contact them to setup a meeting time. We try to choose a team you play but if you do not play the team some alternative meeting ideas are at Pin Trading, Opening Ceremonies or Skilled Events.
You will be paired with a team at the team mom meeting and given their contact information via Text on Sunday
Most teams will exchange with a team they are playing. If not or the schedule changes we will text your sister team on Sunday so you can setup a time to meet.
If your team plans on pin trading you will need to order pins well in advance. Google Search LAPEL PINS
